The Minnesota IT Workforce Collaborative works to:

1. Build a shared understanding of IT workforce dynamics, workforce requirements, and the roles of the various stakeholders (Website, research, white papers, presentations, mini-conference)
2. Identify, aggregate and promote current efforts that have the potential for replication beyond what is currently happening; (Website, mini-conferences, white papers, research)
3. Spawn new efforts through structured ideation mechanisms and promotion of endorsed projects among network members; (Website, Dialogr, conference attendance, grant collaboration)
4. Determine and provide annual aggregate measures of progress toward the mission and strategic goals. (Research, Website, annual report)
