IT Workforce Strategy & Accelerator Committee

The Workforce Strategy and Accelerator Committee is responsible for the following products and duties:

a) Develop an online inventory of current efforts in Minnesota that focus specifically on IT career and workforce development; promote the availability of this information to all stakeholders to raise awareness and stimulate partnership development and replication.

b) Create an annual awards program to recognize innovative and effective programs in IT workforce development.

c) Develop a process to identify high potential ideas and accelerate development with Collaborative assistance.

d) Conduct an annual event for stakeholders engaged in IT workforce development efforts
